Pet Portal gives you access to your pets vaccination records and access to our online store for small animal and equine patients. If you don't have a Pet Portal account with us all we need is your e-mail address to get you started.  It's that easy!

How to create your Pet Portal account:

1. Simply give us your e-mail by calling the clinic 734-671-3090, adding your e-mail to our list when visiting, or e-mail us (islandanimal@hotmail.com, or use the contact form below) your e-mail address and we will input your address into our system. 

2. You will recieve an e-mail from our host, "Pet Portals", in 24-48 hours with your log in name and password. 

3. Click here or above to enter that user name and password into the Pet Portal website to get started. 

    Send us your e-mail and we'll sign you up for your free Pet Portal account!
